Matt Guenther is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience building high-performing technical teams across various technology domains. His career began with 6 years of service in the US NAVY as an Information Systems Technician, where he honed his skills in Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. With a proven track record in cybersecurity, web development, IT operations, and strategic program development, Matt excels at translating business strategy and vision into results. Prior to joining Stratascale, he held leadership positions at Critical Start, where he built and managed multiple security teams and spearheaded the development of a successful Managed Security Services program. He is passionate about leveraging AI to augment human expertise and drive operational efficiency.
