Marty Riley leads Stratascale’s Transformative Services group of management consultants and business advisors. He is an IT operations and strategy executive with over 25 years of experience in consulting, strategy and innovation development, design, architecture, and program management.

Marty is an expert in managing business, organizational, and technical transformations through strategic thinking, process improvement, and organizational alignment.

He has led and completed strategic IT projects that have transformed complex service and technology organizations into customer-centered enterprises with incorporated process-thinking, management-by-fact, and designing/deploying balanced measurement systems to ensure enterprise-wide alignment.
